Nestled into the hillside at Symonds Yat West is Wye Valley View self catering cottage, a beautifully converted old stable block. The cottage was, until recently, used as a permanent residence but has now been completely refurbished to accommodate up to four persons plus a baby, making it an ideal family home from home in one of the most scenic areas of the Wye Valley.

As you walk through the ground floor entrance, you will find the master bedroom on the right, housing a zip and link, super king sized bed which converts to two singles. This spacious bedroom has a shower room and there is more than ample space for a travel cot, which, along with a stair gate for child safety, is supplied for your convenience. Upstairs you will find a another bedoom with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. In this room, twin beds can be zipped together to form a king size bed.

Digital Freeview is available in the living room and both bedrooms. The lounge / dining room is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, television, video and DVD player. From this room, you can slide open the glass door and walk out onto the sun terrace to just sit and relax or barbecue your supper whilst the children feed the Ryeland sheep who live in the grounds.

If the weather is unsuitable for a barbecue, you will find the cottage kitchen very well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave oven, as well as a washing machine.

There is also a family bathroom, near to the upper floor entrance. All towels and hypo allergenic bed linen are supplied.
