Wyenot.com & Wyenot News Photograph Terms and Conditions

As of Issue No. 122 of Wyenot News, I have decided to remove the photograph anti download protection on pages of both Wyenot News and Wyenot.com in general and make the images available for use on other web sites, personal printing or emailing to your friends etc..

The only reason I have made this decision is because, quite frankly, I am sick of chasing those who took them anyway, without permission. I still sell prints and this is the only way to get a copy of a Wyenot photograph for personal use without my protection or logo text embedded.

I have already removed anti download java script from most news pages, however it would take me the rest of my lifetime to do that on the whole web site. If you would like the Java removed from a particular page on the main web site, let me know and I will consider your request.

I do not send out high resolution electronic copies of photographs to individuals under any circumstances. They may be supplied on request for use in newspapers, magazines, brochures etc. but a single use royalty payment is required! The cost of a single use license varies with circumstances such as newspaper/magazine circulation etc.

The following terms and conditions MUST be adhered to. Legal action will be taken against all abusers!
