I have to confess to not knowing much about football these days, having not played myself since primary school. I did used to go to Upton Park to watch West Ham when I was a teenager and Bobby Moore was Captain but that is a long while ago now. I was however proud to be asked by the Ross Gazette to photograph Ross Town's important match last Saturday against Purton F.C.
Standing behind the camera and blown about by the gale force winds, I enjoyed watching the match, which resulted in a 1 - 1 draw and below are just three of the photographs I took on the day.
For details of the match itself, please see the back page of this week's Ross Gazette.
