second Ross May Fayre was a resounding success this year
with thousands of people turning up to enjoy the many stalls,
other attractions which were available throughout the day.
There were many activities for the children, including the
'Pop-up Zoo' at the Y-Zone, face painting and Punch and
Judy show and the streets of Ross were really buzzing!
five stages set up around the town, there was no shortage
of musical talent to enjoy and bands such as the Rhythm
Thieves and great Dire Straits tribute band Dire Streets
kept everybody entertained. A group of Jive - Swing dancers
enjoyed dancing in the streets to the sounds of jazz outfit
'Ain't Misbehaving' and a lot of fun appeared to be had
Jesse Norman, MP was extremely impressed by what he saw,
describing the event as 'the best ever.'
and many thanks to all who worked hard to put on a such
a fantastic day out for all.
