The Cardiac Rehab group have been training together for over 3 years and continue to enjoy the class and each others company. Likewise the 50+ keep fit class is fun packed, enjoyed by an active group who also meet outside the class. They enjoy their after class coffee almost as much as the class itself. Shelley feels this environment aids her members reach their individual goals and finds it fantastic and rewarding seeing her members enjoy themselves whilst making the behaviour changes required with ease.
